Workspace & account settings
The Settings page is where you manage your workspace identity and your personal account. Open it from the sidebar under Settings.
Change your subdomain
Your workspace lives at yourname.example.com. You can change the subdomain at
any time — but choose carefully, because the old address stops working
afterwards.
- On the Settings page, find the Subdomain card.
- Enter a new subdomain (lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only).
- Click Change Subdomain to confirm.
Changing your subdomain may require additional fees*. The exact amount is always shown on the Settings page before you confirm, alongside your current balance. If your balance is too low, the change is blocked until you top up.
Your sites keep working under the new subdomain. Anyone using the old address will need the new one.
Your account
The Your Account card lets you update your name, email and password.
- Edit your Name and Email as needed.
- To change your password, enter a new one and confirm it. Leave both blank to keep your current password.
- Enter your Current Password to confirm your identity.
- Click Save Changes.
Your current password is always required — even if you are only changing your name — so no one can alter your account without it.
Transfer ownership
If you are the workspace owner, you can hand the workspace to an active co-owner. This is useful when handing a project to a client or a teammate.
- First, make sure the person you want to transfer to is a co-owner. If they are only a collaborator, promote them on the Members page first.
- On the Settings page, open the Transfer ownership card.
- Select the new owner from the list of co-owners.
- Choose whether to keep yourself as a co-owner after the transfer.
- Click Transfer ownership and confirm.
This is irreversible. After the transfer, the new owner controls billing, members and settings. Both you and the new owner receive an email confirmation.
Delete your account
The Delete account card permanently removes your account, every workspace you own, and all sites, pages, collections and media under them. Your purchase history is retained for accounting.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Click Delete my account and confirm the warning.
This cannot be undone. If you only want to leave a workspace you do not own, ask the owner to remove you from the Members page instead.
* May require additional fees — check your dashboard for the current pricing.
