Publishing & credits.

Hosting tiers, the 30-day publish cycle, credit top-ups and custom domains.

Publishing & credits

Building is free — going live may require additional fees*. This guide explains how publishing, hosting tiers and credit top-ups work.

* May require additional fees — check your dashboard for the current pricing.

Hosting tiers

Every site has a hosting tier that sets its limits (storage, entries, pages) and its monthly hosting price*. New sites start on the default tier. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the site's Plan page — the price difference applies from the moment you change.

Publishing a site

  1. Open your site and click Publish.
  2. If publishing requires payment, a confirmation shows the exact amount — the tier's hosting price* in credits, covering a 30-day live window.
  3. Confirm. Your site is immediately live on its URL with HTTPS.

Key facts:

  • The first publish starts your 30-day cycle.
  • Republishing while the cycle is still active is free.
  • Unpublishing does not refund — the paid window keeps running.
  • After 30 days, hosting renews automatically from your credit balance. If the balance is too low, the site is paused until you top up.

Topping up credits

Go to Credits & Billing and pick a package. Pay with any enabled payment method. Credits never expire and are shared across all sites in the workspace.

Custom domains

You can point your own domain (for example mybrand.com) at any site:

  1. On the site page, open Domain and enter your domain.
  2. Add the DNS records shown (an A record pointing to the server).
  3. Click Verify — HTTPS is issued automatically.

Custom domains may require a one-time fee* per site. Your site stays reachable on its normal subdomain too.

Where to see charges

Every credit movement is recorded — see Credits & Billing → History for the full ledger, and Invoices for receipts.
