Media library.

Upload images and files, understand storage quotas, and set your favicon & share image.

Media library

Every site has its own media library for images and documents. Open your site and click Media.

Uploading

  1. Click Upload and choose one or more files (or drag and drop).
  2. Files appear instantly as a grid of thumbnails.

Good to know:

  • Allowed types: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, BMP, ICO, SVG, PDF, TXT and CSV.
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB per file.
  • Total storage per site depends on your hosting tier (see the Plan page).
  • Images get automatic square thumbnails; the original file is kept untouched.

Using media in pages

Reference an uploaded file from any page by its URL. In the media grid, click a file to see its details and copy its link. For code pages you can use the URL directly in HTML:

<img src="/storage/tenants/.../hero.jpg" alt="Our cafe interior">

Deleting

  • Click a file to open it, then Delete — or select several files and use Bulk delete.
  • Deleting removes the file from your storage quota immediately.
  • Pages that reference a deleted file will show a broken image, so remove or update references first.

Site images

Your site's favicon (browser tab icon) and og:image (the preview shown when your link is shared on social media) are set at site level, and both use files from this library.

  1. Upload the image to the media library and copy its URL (click the file to see its details).
  2. Open your site's detail page and find the Site images card.
  3. Click Set image on Favicon or Social image, paste the URL, and save.

The favicon appears in the browser tab; the og:image is the preview shown when your site link is shared on social media (recommended size 1200×630).

Your AI assistant can set both too, with the set_site_image tool. In code pages you can also add the tags yourself in the page's <head> section (for example <link rel="icon" href="...">), but the site-level setting applies to every page automatically.
