Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ozem (the "Service"), available at ozem.my. The Service is operated by eWallz Network (Ozem) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ozem is an AI-first platform that lets you create and host websites, including through AI assistants connected over the Model Context Protocol ("MCP") interface. Sites are served on a subdomain of the platform domain (for example, yourname.ozem.my/yoursite) and, where the feature is enabled, on a custom domain that you point at a specific site. The platform provisions your subdomain, manages custom-domain routing, and issues SSL certificates automatically.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API or MCP access tokens secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through tokens you create. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in the jurisdiction where you reside, and you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Your content & responsibility

You retain ownership of the pages, code, data, media and settings you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the sites you publish, and you represent that you hold all necessary rights to it and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law. This responsibility extends to content generated or actions taken through AI assistants you connect to your account.

Ozem is a hosting and tooling provider. We do not author, endorse, review or monitor Your Content, and we are not responsible for it. We may, however, take action as described in these Terms if we become aware of content that violates them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, host, store or distribute content, or to conduct any activity, that:

• is illegal, or facilitates or encourages illegal activity;
• infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person (including piracy, counterfeit or cracked material);
• is pornographic or sexually explicit, or is harmful to minors;
• promotes weapons, illegal drugs, violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, a scam, phishing, or distributes malware or spyware;
• harasses, defames or violates the privacy of others; or
• attacks, overloads, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the MCP endpoint, or any other system.

We may suspend, unpublish or remove any site or account, and may refuse service, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated — with or without notice and at our discretion.

5. Credits & billing

Certain actions consume credits at the rates shown in the Service. Publishing a site begins a prepaid hosting cycle that renews on a recurring basis while the site remains published. Changing your workspace subdomain and adding or changing a custom domain also consume credits. Credits and fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Credit top-ups are purchased through the web checkout and processed by our payment provider; we do not sell credits directly through the MCP interface. We may change pricing on a prospective basis, and any change takes effect for charges incurred after the change is posted.

6. Custom domains

Where the feature is enabled, you may point a domain that you own at a specific site. You are responsible for your domain, including its DNS records and confirming your ownership of it. The platform verifies that your domain's DNS resolves correctly before activation and issues an SSL certificate automatically. One custom domain may be assigned per site. Adding or changing a custom domain consumes credits; removing a custom domain does not refund credits. A site with a custom domain remains accessible through its platform subdomain as well.

7. AI & MCP access

You may connect AI assistants and other clients to the Service using access tokens issued from your account. You are responsible for keeping those tokens secure and for all actions taken through them. The Service may rate-limit MCP access to protect stability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue individual MCP tools, or the interface as a whole, and such changes are not considered material changes to these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — excluding Your Content — including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, belongs to Ozem and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any site will remain accessible at all times. To the extent permitted by law, eWallz Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account and Your Content from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, and unpublish or remove any site, for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) ("PDPA"), as described in our Privacy Policy.
