Connect AI apps (MCP).

Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants to your workspace so they can build sites by conversation.

Connect AI apps (MCP)

You can connect AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to your workspace so they build and manage sites for you through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). No tokens to copy, no settings to configure — just paste one URL.

Connect an AI app

  1. Open Connected Apps from the sidebar.
  2. Copy the MCP URL shown on the page.
  3. Paste it into your AI client's MCP connector field (in Claude or ChatGPT settings).
  4. A browser window opens — log in if needed, then click Allow.
  5. You are connected. Your AI assistant can now build sites in your workspace.

The connection is bound to the workspace you are currently in. If you have multiple workspaces, switch to the one you want the AI to work in before connecting.

What the AI can do

Once connected, your AI assistant can:

  • Create and publish sites
  • Write and edit pages (simple and code pages)
  • Manage collections and records
  • Upload and organise media
  • Configure visitor logins and payments
  • Check your credit balance

It cannot purchase credits or enter payment credentials — those stay in the dashboard for security.

Manage connected apps

The Connected Apps page lists every AI client you have authorised, with the date it was authorised and when it was last used.

  • Revoke an app to disconnect it immediately. This invalidates all its tokens — the AI client loses access until you reconnect.
  • Revoking is instant and affects only that one app.

You can reconnect any app at any time by repeating the connection steps above.

Which workspace?

Each connection is tied to a specific workspace. When the AI runs a tool that spends credits or changes settings, it acts inside that workspace only — it cannot reach your other workspaces through the same connection.
