Invite collaborators, understand roles, manage additional workspaces, and switch between them.

Members & workspaces

Your workspace can hold one person or a whole team. This guide covers inviting collaborators, what each role can do, and creating additional workspaces.

Invite a member

Open Members from the sidebar.
Click Invite and enter the person's email.
Choose a role: co-owner or collaborator.
Send the invitation.

The invitee receives an email with a link that is valid for 7 days. If they already have an account, they log in and accept. If not, the link takes them to a registration page — their email is pre-verified by the invitation, so they skip that step.

Owners and co-owners can do almost everything except the three owner-only actions. Collaborators can build freely but never touch billing or membership.

Activate & deactivate members

You can temporarily deactivate a member without removing them:

Deactivate — they lose access immediately (next request fails), but their membership is preserved.
Activate — access is restored instantly.

This is useful for contractors or seasonal collaborators. No tokens are revoked — reactivation is instant.

Create additional workspaces

A single user can own multiple workspaces — useful for agencies managing separate client projects.

Click New workspace in the sidebar (or from the workspace switcher).
Choose a name and subdomain.
Confirm.

Your first workspace is always free. Additional workspaces may require extra cost*. New workspaces start with a zero balance — they do not inherit credits from your other workspaces.

Switch workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, the sidebar shows a workspace switcher at the top. Click it to see all your workspaces and switch between them. Each workspace has its own credits, sites and members.
