Do my customers ever see the Ozem brand?
No. The entire platform is rebranded with your company name, logo, colors, domain and transactional emails. Your customers interact only with your brand. Ozem is the software supplier behind the scenes.
Who hosts the platform — us or you?
You do. White-label is an on-premise deployment, so the platform runs on infrastructure you control, under your security and data policies. We provide the software, deployment support and updates.
How does billing and revenue work?
You set your own credit packages, hosting plans and pricing. Your customers pay you through your connected payment gateway, and you keep the full margin. There is no per-customer revenue share kicked back to us — you own the customer relationship and the revenue.
What's the difference between White Label and a normal Ozem account?
A normal Ozem account is a consumer product hosted by us on the ozem.my domain, with our pricing. White Label is a separate, self-hosted deployment of the entire platform under your brand and domain, with your pricing and unlimited clients. It's for businesses that want to operate their own website platform as a product.
Do my clients still get the AI builder?
